Villa del Palmar Beach Resort Cabo San Lucas - All Inclusive

We loved the cleanliness of the property room service was amazing, the Michel Jackson show AMAZING 👏 food was great love the fact they have a pool for kids and a pool for adults

To get to eat you have to be in Line for a long time at least waiting was 1hour. Service is terrible. The manager at steakhouse-taco restaurant is not only rude but also a very negative person, and disrespectful. The restaurant had a lot of smoke that is very dangerous for your health. The only place we liked to eat was sports bar, the manager at sports bar and servers were excellent. The facility is very outdated. The shows were good but there was no live music or dancing. The main buffer was very small place to accommodate the guests. The pools were dirty and full of kids and adults. The beach was extremely dangerous it is too deep and has big waves.

My family and I had a great time overall, especially since it was budget-friendly. However, the pictures were a bit misleading because they show multiple properties next to each other, but guests only have access to the Palmer. I was hoping for larger pools, more space, and access to some of the other amenities shown in the photos. That said, everything else was awesome—the location is very close to the casino, nightlife, and offers easy access to all the water activities.

We picked this resort last minute and wished we had looked around more after we got there. There wasn’t a lot to do there, we traveled to the marina to find things to do. They closed the beach off on our 3rd day so we trekked down to Tamara beach club and paid to use their facilities but had a good time there. At Villa De Palmar food was good can’t complain about the food but service was slow, bar service was as well you often waited in a long line to get anything whether it be a soft drink or a mixed drink same line. drinks very weak as well. Room AC was very good. The market and Starbucks was pretty pricy but had anything you needed. If you are staying there in a condo I would suggest going to Chedra or Walmart and stocking up there. Oh and the resort is no smoking but they allow vapes which I found kind of odd. Over all as I said we wished we had looked around more before settling on this one. The price was what drew us in.

First time staying here and highly recommended! From the courteous staff, delicious mexican food & prime location. Requested and stayed at the latest building 3 with awesome ocean views. Thanks for the hospitality Villa del Palmar!

The internet was extremely terrible. I had to go to another resort next door and pay for internet. I learned to adjust. The only real issue I had there was a gentleman named Alberto. He was the towel guy but it seems like he was only like this toward me. We dropped our towels down, went for drinks and then to the bathroom, and we'd come back, and our towels and personal belongings are gone. We actually got into a discussion with the people sitting in our chairs. And found out that this guy, Alberto took everything So we confronted him, and he was extremely rude to us. So the rest of the remaining time we were there We never seen him go after other people. I don't know if it was just an isolated incident, but because of this, we will never come back to this resort. I just feel when you go and pay money. You don't need any the stress during vacation. Other people were great, such as Carlos, and then there was Coral. But for the most part, the staff was good, they were a little understaffed for the amount of people there, but they always smiled.
