The King bedroom I booked was much smaller than expected. The bathroom is located directly upon the room entrance with no separation, which offers very little privacy. The balcony, which is huge unlike the room itself, was dusty and appeared poorly maintained. I couldn't use it at all. The check-in process was also difficult. I was not provided with any access codes or informed which room was mine. I had to call the rental company to get instructions, then try my code on three different room doors before figuring out which one was assigned to me. I understand that breakfast is not included, but it would have been appreciated to at least have complimentary bottled water available. I arrived about an hour before check-in and only asked to use the restroom after my trip, but I was told to find a nearby gas station instead. Additionally, there was no space provided to hang clothes. When booking a King bedroom, I expected a more spacious and comfortable setup overall. I messaged to request a complimentary one-hour late check-out, as I had a 9.30 parasailing trip booked. Only to be told that's an additional $50. Usually, such places are a bit flexible since check-in is at 4, so no one really expects the room to be cleaned before then. I've been to other places in the area, and they've all been top-notch. I regret coming here. How is this a high rated inn?

A fantastic location and instructions for our stay. We were in town for a wedding that was on the other side of the college, so the location couldn't have been better! Walkable to town and everything we needed. Having off street parking so close to the center was an excellent perk!

I had an amazing time. I will be booking again soon and I will be requesting the bottom room again. I have no complaints at all other than the maintenance guy that was working on the dock outside of our window that woke us up two days in a row other than that, our trip was amazing and we will be returning soon.

The guy working right outside our window on Friday and Saturday we did not get to sleep in those two days because it was extremely loud outside of our window other than that we have no complaints

Loved how it was centrally located so everything could be reached by walking! The apartment was nice and cozy; felt like home!
