"Atrocious, If this is the standard of a Best Western hotel, heaven help us."

Dirty mattress, no mattress or pillow protectors, carpets filthy, Moved to another room which was even worse, the bath enamel was so badly damaged it was uncomfortable to stand on, mould on tiles, shower head filthy, curtains not hung properly, extractor fan didn't work, air conditioning unit didn't work at all, bed linen musty, mattress stained, panel in bathroom falling off. Housekeeping dropped off new towels & emptied the bins but didn't remove the old towels, didn't even attempt to clean the room.

Clean and central to where I was going

Front door was open after midnight and no visible reception staff. Felt a bit vulnerable as anyone could have walked in/be lurking about in corridors

"The bath was disgusting. We was offered other rooms and each bath was disgusting knowing I’m on the bath chips in the ba"

Emplacement correct.

Arrivés en avance on nous refuse l'accès aux toilettes. Lit trop petit et trop mou. Velux ouvert et très dur a fermer. Payé en ligne presque 100€ sans pdj.

"Terrible staff - Terrible breakfast - overpriced"

The one guy working at the reception.

Terrible & unfriendly staff, breakfast was dog shit some days no coffee available Premier Inn was down the road... almost the same price, regret not booking there because of 10£ a night difference
