Comphy bed quiet hotel easy booking didn't eat breakfast there so can not comment on that but great stay

4.45am hearing people having fun next door when I have a child with me

I really enjoyed my stay. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful, supportive and polite.

Needs updating

It's looked nice on advertisement and even tho we cancelled at the last minute due to rude staff at first welcoming we had a cancellation at a £0 fee respite there policy

There was nothing to suggest that you couldn't pay contactless and that it had to be cash or card with pin payment. Due to this the staff who was booking us in was very rude and coming across quite aggressive and demanding saying cash or card with pin but not without his digs of how whats wrong with the generation now that everyone uses phone for everything, that we cant do contactless payment because we can go home and ring the bank and tell them we didn't make the payment beyond other things that I just couldn't bare to listen being pregnant and just want to put my feet up i was not staying there after that even if I managed to sort something out I did not feel welcome nore safe.
