Property was tidy enough. Big enough room s for family.The entire section that was ours was good as there were two rooms was not cramped and the beds were comfy and it had breakfast in it and was worth the money.

The bathroom had not locks.

The location

Didn’t know the ownership had changed. Had booked on the reviews of previous owners. The new owner was ok! Wouldn’t book again next time in Skegness.

"Cheap and cheerful - could do with a little refurb"

Good location. Staff allowed us to park for free.

Very dated - one room didn’t have heating but plug in radiator provided.
