Super 8 by Wyndham Niagara Falls ON

Dirty rooms. Dirty linens. Bathroom sink was broken.

They advertised rooms that was not part of the hotel but an apartment they have renting, the room they gave me was unfinished and dirty

The room was dirty, smelly. Blood spots and hairs on the bed sheets. Badroom dirty with mold in the corners and surfaces. Broken toilets flush with continuous noise of water. Air conditioning noisy and not working, the room was extremely hot. Our first night was ruined as we could not even sleep! We checked out after the first night and had to book another hotel for the rest of our stay. I expect to be reimbursed as more than 100$ paid for the check out. Please can you let me know where to fill up a complaint?

Staff was very rude and unwelcoming. He never smiled or answered our questions nicely. This hotel is also in a sketchy location. Rooms are very small. Towels provided looked dirty. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Not happy with our stay. The hotel needs renovations. Its not clean and its hard to give communicate with the staff at the front desk. The person serving the breakfast meal is not organized. He missed our order and serve the family next to us first.

Manpreet was really nice to me! Very kind and understanding! She works at front desk.

The continental breakfast was excellent, more than a coffee and a donut. Very helpful and courteous. Would definitely stay thete again

Do not stay here very dirty and prostitution all over! No front desk people ever around breakfast horrible overall disgusting

Place was dirty and in need of repairs. No seating and limited towels for 4 people. There was hair on the floors and the pool water was murky

The room was not cleaned properly.
