It’s close to the falls which was convenient for us

Simple hotel, they have 3 franchises, so pay attention to the address, because the address on Google is the franchise near downtown, and this one on Expedia is far away, it is much inferior to the other; the bathroom does not have supports for soap and shampoo, and it has no safety handles, broken doorknob, loose shower which resulted in an accident with my mother, it is very slippery, no safety at all, my mother slipped and broke her leg and needed surgery, and I had no assistance from the hotel, I called the owner did not answer me and did not call me back. I do not recommend it.

i dont think they changed bed sheets because i found a hair and some black lines on the pillow

Toilet did not flush properly, complained but nothing was done, had to use plunger several times myself. Property not well maintained and Building seems to be falling apart, A/C not working and had to be relocated to another room, intercom not working, complained but nothing was done…property needs a major renovation

It was not a great experience, which is understandable considering the price. But they could certainly have a better breakfast menu

Breakfast was fresh and yummy. Shower was amazing.

Sticky liquid on two of the walls, some sort of white substance on the front of the fridge broken Furniture , dirty floors, trims baseboards, Stained towels and bedding bathroom door didn’t close no toilet paper holder Continental breakfast was horrible 1 piece cold bacon, two scrambled eggs, One over crisp, almost rockhard, hash brown, And two pieces of bread, not toast bread. The only beverage options to go with it or coffee and tea Or you could pick the other option which was a breakfast sandwich of a sausage patty on two pieces of bread and like 7 potatoe wedges. Your entire group will not get to eat at the same time. They seem to make the items in random orders. We waited 15 minutes to tell them what we wanted and 25 minutes for it to be ready. It was all cold Afternoon number two our key cards stopped working so we went to get them re-coded and the front desk was demanding we pay for our second night because according to the gentleman that was there we needed to pay for the extra night, although we had already paid because they made us pre-pay for our stay when we arrived or they wouldn’t let us into the room I was woken up numerous times by other Guest being very loud outside blaring music, yelling, and screaming. I attempted to call the front desk to ask them to get the other guests, quiet down only to find out that the phone does not work. Which I should’ve known because it was sitting beside the alarm clock that didn’t work Thankfully, I have a cell phone so I was able to call the front desk. I had to call three times before someone answered and when they answered, the response I got was why are you waking me up? Not Hello, thank you for calling. Or anything polite just a very rude. Why are you waking me up? I told him the issues and his response was you’re going to make me get out of bed for this and then I stood out my window and nobody ever left the front office and the other guests continued to be loud until 6:30 in the morning. Other guest should be allowed to enjoy their stay, but they should not be allowed to keep other people up in the hotel. I was not the only one who complained about this as we were packing to leave. I had another guest ask It kept me awake as well, and they said the same thing that the front desk staff was upset that we woke them up The only good thing about this hotel was the showerhead.

We changed three rooms . 1st one had wet floor and curtain rode almost close to fell , looked like unsafe for my daughter then we went to another room , AC was not working in that room then we moved to 3rd room , bed cover was vomitt stain then we called housekeeping staff , they were very nice , but when they tried to change cover then we saw chips and food on fitted sheets on both beds , then they changed both bed sheets which was great but that was first time we saw dirty bed sheets which was with food on top sheets. It supposed to be change for every guests , but they didnt , so upset , sink was block .... never come back .

Experience was great. There was no disturbance . Me and my friend were there and had a great stay. Thank you
