Super 8 by Wyndham Niagara Falls ON

The super 8 location that we stayed at has numerous issues that needs to be addressed and improved. The hotel cleaners needs to do more thorough cleaning as there was stains that were left on the walls and door. I seen makeup stains on the pillowcase.The mattress had a big rip in the middle of it that my partner end up realizing while he was lying down on the bed. There were certain hazards in the room that are an issue if you are travelling with small children, and there was nothing to give any info in terms of where breakfast was located and such. If you are someone who is just looking for somewhere to crash for the night and you’re on your way the very next morning and you’re not a picky person, then this will be a decent place for you. However, if you’re looking for a hotel where you’re able to be comfortable and enjoy the space and feel that you’re in a nice clean environment, this will not be for you. I personally wouldn’t stay at this location ever again. If there are improvements that are made within the future, then I wouldn’t mind staying here again, since i do like the location.

Beddings appeared unchanged with hair and dirt on it. The room wasn't clean. It can be better. The staffs were nice though and they offer good breakfast.

Worst hotel room I ever stayed in. Room was dirty, bathroom was dirty, doors didn't lock properly, no one at the front desk and had to call a cell # several times before someone came to check us in.

No door knob on bathroom. Clear window inside the shower so anyone outside can see in. Switch plate on light switch was broken and half missing. Dirty on floor and walls. Tv stand had wood blocks holding the shelf up.

Property in terrible condo

We just needed to stop for the night and called saying we would be super late, they were accommodating for that! Room had everything you need! Floors were kind of dirty and bed didn’t feel the cleanest but can’t complain for the price we paid (got a really good deal). Free parking was a bonus and loved that we could eat breakfast before heading out in the morning! Overall, wonderful stay!

The breakfast schedule is supposed to be at 7 am, as stated in Expedia, but they open the restaurant at 8 am. Me and my friend had to wait for the restaurant to open. Please update the breakfast schedule. Also, bed linens, pillowcases and comforters weren’t changed daily and didn’t do any house cleaning on the days we stayed in. The bath towels and toiletries were only changed.
