Super 8 by Wyndham Niagara Falls ON

Rooms were not quite clean, also the condition of the rooms were not up to the mark. There was no lock in washroom door. Price is slightly over as compared to what we are getting.

I am really disappointed it is very disappointing and disgusting there is insects in the bed sheets a lot of noise the restroom was wet and disgusting ohhhhhhhh lord it was hill please save your money and time I am asking for a refund cause I only stayed for couple hours ughhhh

This is the worst super 8 by Wyndham property I have ever stayed in my life. they do not clean the property at all. and when asked to clean our room they did just the floor clearing. there was dust all around the table. and if you are thinking of just dust you should really see the rooms. it's really on hygienic and you should really consider twice or thrice for booking this property because it is not like all other super 8, the property orders didn't care much about customer appreciation and feedback. all they want is money. The breakfast was terrible. they tried to serve English breakfast but it is no way near to that as all the ingredients was super oily and I'm pretty sure that it's prepared in an unhygienic environment. Really would never book this property again.

Really liked the big tv, nice shower with vertical sprays, comfy mattress, nice size mini fridge. Didn't like noisy AC unit, holes in hardwood floor in room, bathroom door did not close, comforter between 2 bedsheets, state of exterior staircases, nothing available nearby.

There was no hair dryer. The coffee maker spilled water all over. The TV Roku system must be re-set up with a cell phone and internet every time it is turned on. Any device using the internet also has to re-log on at every use. The swimming pool had an electrical cable running across it. The bed sheet was all wrinkled and may not have been changed. There needs to be some shelf inside the shower...take a look above the shower unit where people have tossed various shampoo bottles.The gentleman at the desk was polite but very slow to bring a new coffee maker and hair dryer (day 2). But...the price was right!

Bathroom needs to more clean, other than staff was very helpful.

Please take note of the following text: For those considering staying here, I urge you to think twice. I don't understand why they segregate the two areas; one building is surrounded by smokers, and as soon as we entered the room, we found dead bugs on the bedsheet and hair hidden in the towels and pillows. We requested a room change multiple times, but our requests were denied. Eventually, the property manager agreed to change our room but provided us with a broken key. The new room was slightly better, but we still found hair and bugs.

Don't recommend this hotel. It was a wrost experience ever and paid too much money for this hotel. Good luck.
