Super 8 by Wyndham Niagara Falls ON

This place was filthy, door doesnt latch properly and the bathroom door doesnt even have a latch room 214...mice problem and terribly noisey.also no faceclothes provided with towels.

Very convenient, need upgrades.

Relatively OK, but I've killed one of the 3 resident cockroaches. AC/Heat unit, when staring, sound like starting a small jet engine. I guess you get what you paid for.

Easy check in and no hassles

Front desk could barely speak English along with the rest of the staff. Building and rooms need work done. No where to hang anything up or put anything away. There wasnt even a toilet paper roll holder. Patchy work done throughout the entire property. Crackheads and prostitutes visible during all hours. Stay away from this business.

Hair all over in the bed in the bathroom. Phone wasn't working. One towel stained . We when and got bedding at walmart. Towels as well. Talk to staff told them about the problems with the room . They said that they were sorry. I do have to say shower was nice until the water turn down and went cold.

The room was spacious and good looking. However, there was plenty of dust, fridge did not work and the mattress is severely worn out.

It was very well set out, but the phone, lightshade and shower screen was dusty and dirty.

The breakfast was not buffet. They had a menu package, one veg and one nonveg, in the non veg we got 2 slices of bread, 1 bacon... it was joke. Hope I could give no stars for cleanliness, they used a dirty mop to mop the floor, leaving hair on it. There was a shoeprint on our bed, looks like someone climbed on it to make it. Travelling is not convenient. Please dont book here.
