Loved everything

We booked 4 rooms. All the rooms had a pungent smell. The door wont even lock properly. People smoking 24/7 and the smell would get trapped in the room. The furniture had coffee stains in each room. In one of the rooms the heat wasnt even working.The room was soooo cold at night. Plus the woodboard was just left on the floor with nails sticking out. One of the kids almost got hurt. Garbage bins outside of the room were overflowing. Overall the property doesn't look in a very good shape. I would rate it 2/5. Positive was: the indian girl at the reception was very nice. She made the checkout and check in a breeze. The other girl in the kitchen (with glasses) was super nice and helpful. The food was good but downfall was its not unlimited breakfast. Overall it was an ok stay. But will not come back ever again

this hotel should be removed from ALL LISTINGS- it is disgusting -bugs, dirty, no amenities, reception could not care less about voicing any concerns nor offering a refund , especially if you booked through priceline- bugs in the room, mattress torn and yellowing, the linens were damp and yellowish NOT WHITE, there were signs of mould and insects eke on the windowsills, no chair in the room- two dirty decripid desks, the wall shelf was falling off the wall, the roku did not work, wifi spotty and i did not trust it, the clientele were of a sort that implies that this hotel is hosting homeless people and the debris, the drug paraphenlais, stuporred people on chairs, cigarette butts, vocal arguments and vulgar language... DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE- I truly believe this is a hotel that is gleaning money from the government to house the homeless and challenge... why am i paying anything for this terrible spot....I LEFT TO SLEEP IN MY VAN AT THE WALMART- that was safer, cleaner and not as dangerous to my health and wellbeing. DO NOT STAY HERE....

The service was good, but the room was not clean enough.

I checked in about 2 or 3 hours before by phone but I went at room was not ready, I arrived After 4:00 but room wasn't available...I waited outside until cleaner guy cleaned the room 😓

Room was as it appeared, but difference on booking rate and check in rate. Waiting for refund of the difference. Can't wait until 8am to get breakfast. Need an early option for people who need to get on the road. Most places offer that at 6-6:30 am.

Bed was comfortable and clean, the rest of the room; floors, bathroom, doors, windows dirty. It’s run down. Restaurant on property that offers free breakfast was disgusting. Flooring baseboards, seats, smell, we turned around and left. I’m surprised they haven’t got shut down.
