Definitely not the most well kept hotel. Wallpaper peeling, stains all over, cigarettes butts everywhere. If you were paying 60-90 a night, maybe it's justifiable, but for the prices listed it is easy over priced. Also, the walls are paper thin, and you can hear all of gatlinburg.

The bed was comfortable. It was bug free. Close to everything you would want to do in Gatlinburg. The phone in the room did not work. When I called the front desk twice from my phone no one ever answered. Tv was very staticky. The Wi-Fi wouldn’t connect to mine or my husband’s phone for the first night. Second night it would connect for like 1 minute and then disconnect itself. It seemed that the floors hadn’t been mopped in a while. My feet were dirty just from walking on the floor. The breakfast they offered was pretty bad. lol there was no one tending it so it was very messy. The food wasn’t hot, not even room temperature. Kinda like it was just taken out of a fridge and sat out. Also- if you take your dogs with you, there is only a SMALL 5x10 area for you to walk them and only half of it has grass.

The carpet was stained, the floor above us was leaking water, there was some really bad caulk lines, the water pressure for the bathroom sink was rediculously high, there was no freezer in the fridge, and the TV was very blurry. If you need a place to just sleep, its fine. Otherwise, try somewhere else.
