Beautiful setting, quiet, easy beach access, free parking. Can also walk to hotel restaurants. Rooms are also lovely.

Rooms much smaller than they look online. Pool towels should have been replaced ages ago. Pool staff are not people friendly and disappear frequently. Avoid Brew Pub. Servers are disorganized and have too many tables to cover. On the plus side, Avalon Prime was wonderful in every way: food, service and ambiance. Very expensive, but hey, it’s the shore! The casual restaurant has fabulous pizza!!!
