The hotel was nice. The room was nice but the bathroom was very small. Someone taller (over 5’9”) would have a very hard time both showing and using the toilet. The staff is very friendly and the shuttle service they provide is great.

Our stay at I W was mostly pleasant. The room was clean, comfortable, airy, and bright. However, we were taken aback by a 12% resort fee at checkout, which was not disclosed upfront. This additional fee for amenities felt excessive, especially given the already high room rate. Moreover, we were disappointed to see a sign at the pool in the morning indicating it was out of service, only to later notice several people using it while the sign remained. After returning to the hotel around 9 pm following a long boat ride, we discovered that none of the restaurants were accepting diners. Considering it was summer, the restaurants could have stayed open later. On a positive note, the supervisor was excellent and managed to find some food for us despite the late hour. Special thanks to Simone from the maintenance staff, who went above and beyond to find us creamer. Unable to locate any dry creamers at the desk, she fetched fresh creamer from the restaurant fridge.
