Great property. Would be very good if they would designate an area for surfboard storage. Very inconvenient to carry them up to the rooms.

Having stayed at an Icona property before, I was looking forward to enjoying the pool and hot tub but found the hot tub was overrun by young kids whose parents were nowhere to be seen. When I mentioned this to staff, no one really wanted to take action. The other aspects of my stay were decent from the food to entertainment though we found it silly that they wanted to charge to sit in certain areas of the tiki bar that had nice furniture/fire pit and so that stayed empty. There are a lot of great places to walk to and eat in Stone Harbor.

Enjoyed the nice beach, live music in the restaurants, and friendly staff!

Everyone very nice and rooms were very clean.

Pool staff at Wind Drift overmatched and understaffed versus the customers needs and too many children in a small space.

Excellent

Not what I envision as a get away, but for some it may well be just that. Area is crowded. Restaurants are simple comfort fair. Lots of families.
