"Great location and reasonably priced motel right on the beach with clean rooms, fridge, microwave and coffee makers."

Can't beat the location. Facilities are a bit old but they make improvements every year. Outdoor Pool was closed but the beach is open!

We like the old time motel feel. Some may find this off putting.

Very disappointed thought there was an outdoor pool to be able to use. Instead we had a View of a dried up pool. Broken drawer in the kitchen area. Some outlets near bathroom didn’t work

The location to the beach is perfect.

The hotel is not maintained well, housekeeping is poor, there's an abandoned outdoor pool that is holding water

We have been going to Blue Heron every year for the past 7 years. We actually were there in November and got the chance to come back in May. We love the hot tub and take advantage of it every night we are there.

My friends and I like the beach to walk on but at our age we prefer to tan by the pool. The outdoor pool was closed for maintenance. The beach had a terrible smell like sewer. We came the day after Memorial Day so our rate was much higher than usual.
