What I appreciated most about the property was its close proximity to the beach, which made the walk very convenient and enjoyable. I would also like to recognize one of the staff members, whose name I unfortunately cannot recall. He was extremely kind, helpful, and professional. He introduced himself upon our arrival and kindly assisted us by carrying our bags to the room. His excellent customer service made a lasting impression and truly enhanced our experience.

What I did not like about the property was that our room was located on the second floor, and despite the cost of the room, a large sand dune directly in front of our patio obstructed most of the ocean view. We were only able to see a small portion of the water from the balcony, which was very disappointing.

Location on beach was great and spacious room. Hot tub/spa was lovely and warm but indoor pool was freezing, couldn’t use. Friendly staff.

Luggage lift was awkward to use. No knives in cutlery drawers, only a few forks and a couple of teaspoons.
