Clean Easy access to the beach

Pillows were a little old

Location, size of room, parking, beach access were. All good.

Only 20' view of ocean. We were not told the outdoor pool was closed. The indoor pool was dark, closed in and smelled bad. The bathroom toilet shower area was TINY and should be enlarged to include the sink area so people can dress in private. There was no closet. Towels were Child size. There was no full length mirror. The coded entry was the date of our arrival and likely all other rooms booked that day were the same so security was a question. No maid service to replenish coffee or towels. Stairs to parking were rickety and had rusted nails abive yhe surface as a trip hazard or injury risk. There were limited railings to hold so manuevering with luggage was dangerous. We did not see anyone from the hotel as all communications were via text or phone. It is ashame they don't pass a critical eye over yhe rooms because they have a lot of good things.

The location and cleanliness

The beds were very small

4th time staying at the Blue Heron. We love it. Especially the indoor pool and hot tub. Right on the beach. If the weather takes a turn, you can swim indoors. Older style rooms, clean with all you need. I like that it doesn't change. I go for the beach and we are steps away.

There was no breakfast.

No fresh towels or beds made.

Location is great, view is awesome

Everything in the room and out very old and bad looking, the door in our bathroom didn't close
