Blue Heron Motel

We loved all the ugtades, especially the cardless entry. We love the 3rd floor vbiew, the older we get climbing the stairs are getting harder to climb. Prices are reasonable staff are always friendly and helpful. We did have a little hiccup this time explained next ?

No breakfast offered? I did fill out the pre-register that was emailed to us. Very easy to fill out, at the end there was an offer for special instruction/request. I asked for extra coffee during our stay. I'm guessing was ignored, we had 1 cup each. By 2nd or 3rd day i requested via email about 3am on blue heron website, just deliver when staff came in the morning of their shift, by this time we were low on clean towels, toilet paper, no coffee, no tissues and finally i placed a phone call that afternoon to the front desk requesting those items while talking to them they mentioned yes they rec'd my email ar 3 am. Needless to say. Why did we even have to ask for those items to begin let alone requesting 3x That pretty much was the only thing that was frustrating. They were very friendly and we love staying with them 3rd floor only. Thank you

Beachfront. Good location in town. Convenient to restaurants. The bed was pretty comfortable. The beach view from the 3rd floor was beautiful.

Room had a strange smell when I arrived. I think it was the chair upholstery. Room was dilapidated. Guests were smoking on their balconies. The walkway to the beach was covered in sand. You had to walk through the sand after washing sand off your feet. Pointless. No where else to wash off.

The beds were comfy actually, and loved that you could walk right onto the beach in the back.

It was dirty. There was hair all over the pillows. There was poop stains in the toilet and sand in the shower when we got there. Don't think they even cleaned up. To lay in bed we put a large towel down. It was gross.

The ocean view was priceless
