Had to walk down to the next property to check in. I big deal but check in lady was busy talking to someone with seemingly no purpose.

A well positioned small hotel that is comfortable and even has a dvd library in their beverage room. Will definately return if I'm in the area again.

"Great Experience!!!"

We had an positively delightful stay at Mountainaire Inn! From check in to check out it was just THE best. Quaint, clean, and comfy. It was an unusually chilly week, so we even got to enjoy the gas fireplace! What a treat and would definitely stay again AND recommend to any and all. Suite 17 is THE best, by the way. Private, quiet, and roomy!

The property has a great location in downtown Blowing Rock. The property was not clean; it had cobwebs on the ceiling fan and light fixture in the bedroom. There was no plug for the bathtub; so, it was left functionless.
