FairBridge Inn Express Hiawatha

This was our second year staying here, very clean large rooms,quiet. Super owners, very helpful in dining ideas etc. It is an older property in the process of renovation. No complaints whatsoever, will stay again.

This is a simple hotel ran by a husband and wife. It’s is great for a quick stay. It was clean and the bed was surprisingly very comfortable. I will for sure be back on our travels.

Super clean remodeled hotel. Owners were really nice. Bed was firm but comfortable. Microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer, coffee pot in every room. Definitely will be passing through and staying again.

An older hotel in the process of being renovated. Mary the owner is super nice and gave a great recommendation for a place to eat dinner. Also accommodated my request for a ground floor outside entrance room that I could park right outside the door. Will stay here again if back this way.

My stay here was amazingly comfortable. The couple that own the place was very helpful and sweet. The room was clean the beds were soft. I had no way of getting around town and they assisted me the best they could. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality. ❤️❤️

The owner was present at check-in and was very sweet and friendly. Our room was good-sized, very comfortable, and very clean. Staying here, you know you're supporting a family-owned business rather than a chain. The building and furnishings look quite dated. If you're looking for a fancy new building this is probably not the place for you, but if you're looking for a safe, clean, comfortable stay you are absolutely in the right place.

We had a very enjoyable stay at FairBridge! I called looking for quite a few rooms for our large storm chasing tour group on short notice, and the owner, Mary, helped us out. Mary is one of the sweetest, kindest, most genuine people you will ever meet. She told me how much work she had to put into the property when she bought it a few years back, and it has definitely paid dividends. You can tell she and her team take pride in operating this hotel, both from the wonderful rooms and by the way she beams when greeting you and talking about the hotel. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the beds are warm and incredibly comfortable. A huge thank you to Mary and her staff for making this a wonderful stay for us; we definitely hope to make it back when we’re in the Hiawatha area again!
