Older facility.

When we booked the room online I wrote that we have licensed service dogs. We checked in with no issue...but when we came back to our room we were told we had to move to the dog area of the hotel. We declined to move. We were told not to enter the hotel through the lobby because many guests are allergic to dogs. We complilied. The owner ? Did not understand service animal laws. Upon check out we were harassed again. We were asked for our dogs licenses. Then told that they learned there lesson from us?? The hotel is older and I poor condition. Some rooms appear to be rented by the week. The room we stays in smells awful.

Propery owener did not understand service pet policy. They would not allow us to bring our service dog through the lobby. Thwybwanted to move us to a different room that was pet friendly. We declined and the owner became very ride. We were discriminated against for being handicapped.

Large room. Clean and well maintained. Great price. Great value.

Mary was the owner, she and her husband were very nice. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. For a small town with not too many hotel options, this one was the best choice.

The most amazing place we have ever stayed. Mary and Mike are so accommodating in every way. They went out of there way to help us. The sweetest people I have ever met... The entire staff is very polite and carrying. I will not stay any where but here when in Kansas. Words can't express how much we appreciate this wonderful place!!
