Etwas zu viel Verpackung beim Frühstück und etwas zu nah am Tenderloin- Stadtteil.

Staff were friendly and pleasant to deal with. Was a nice jester to have wine and cheese and crackers available free in the evening.

Very outdated. Noisy and hear the sirens going past all night and during the day. Lift didn't work for 24 hours and didn't help if you were staying on the 8th floor. Dishwasher Liquid didn't get filled up so couldn't do dishes. No tea towel available to dry the dishes. Had to supply our own oil to cook and then had to leave as couldn't take it while flying. Breakfast was very basic. Cereal would have been nice ad most mornings the pastries were not fresh. Some customers would stock their plates up with the food and take it back to their room. Bathroom wasn't very clean or room. Lots of dust and fluff on the carpet. Hairs in the shower.

We had a spacious 1 bedroom apartment for 4 of us. Good kitchen and bathroom. Clean. Staff were excellent. Diagonally across the road is an excellent cafe 👍 too

Kitchen was very dated and we had no tea towels, I wouldn’t have cooked there. Staff were excellent as was breakfast and afternoon tea (wine, coffee and snacks). Sadly a poor location with lots of homeless people.
