This really is an excellent place! Great location opposite the beach, with own, free car park. Our room (the family suite) had a brilliant lay out for our party of five, was beautifully presented with fabulous finishing touches of quality robes, toiletries, hot drinks and an ‘alternative’ version of Monopoly that was great, and two bay windows with seating, overlooking the front of the hotel. The bathroom was spacious and spotless, the only downside being that the extractor couldn’t cope with showers for five and the windows in the bathroom didn’t open, so we needed to leave the door open when we could to help the steam and dripping water that generated! Breakfast (included in the price) had lots of options and we were asked to order in advance and specify a time, which worked well for us. Breakfast was fantastic with clean plates all round and everyone commenting on how delicious it was! I thoroughly recommend this place and commend them for working as hard as they do to get it so right! We will definitely be back :)

The Gold Room was excellent - plenty of space, two bay windows looking at the beach, three beds, and a large modern bathroom.
Fantastic hotel. Very friendly staff, welcoming and genuine, happy to help. Great food, quality ingredients and good menu. Local beers on tap, good range of drinks. Modern spacious room. Well located for the beach and marina. Free parking with plenty of space.
The room was very spacious and clean. Good range of high quality amenities in the room. Staff very friendly and attentive. Free parking provided and free breakfast with a good selection and high quality. However, it was a suprise at check out that drinks (coffee & juice) were not included in the free breakfast! Sort of put a damper on what would have been a lovely stay. Would have been useful to be told this before we ordered.

A great stay in a good sized room at the West Bay Hotel. The food was lovely but the highlight was the team there, who were so friendly and helpful.
Just a one night stopover but we were made very welcome and the beds (large double and sofa bed) were extremely comfortable. Free parking right opposite. A fab Full English breakfast, we didn’t need any lunch later. Would like to have returned but they were fully booked on our required date. Thoroughly recommend.
