Nothing

The building was in in very poor shape and looked nothing like what was portrayed online. There was a State Trooper parked out front when we pulled up with our children to check in. There were men loitering outside on benches and a large old van that had been pulled over by the police in front of the main door. The man driving it was clearly having trouble parking and ran over the curb. Fixtures were old and broken, the card key stopped working on our room door as we were trying to bring things in. There were weird bugs in the room and paint chipping off several areas on the walls. Window was open in the hallway. Another family who stayed there said a bird was trapped indoors as well. The children felt unsafe and we left within an hour. We want our money back since we had to leave and find a different hotel room.

"When we arrived, the hotel staff took forever to get to the front area, once we got into our room, black mold in the bat"

when I booked online, I paid for one day for two rooms we had to move to another job site. They charge me for the second day two rooms and we did not stay there. They were very unprofessionally. I would never stay there again so I paid for two rooms for another night that we never stayed there. The guy was not very nice to talk to. I’ve always had great experience with quality Inn except for this one in Bemidji I don’t know if I would ever stay again.
