Il panorama, vista su Medellin. Il quartiere, calmo e sicuro. La vicinanza dei centri commerciali.

L'appartamento era molto male intrattenuto. Pavimento rotto, rubinetteria instabile, mobilio danneggiato. Stoviglie e accessori di cucina scarsi. Igiene a desiderare. Tendaggio danneggiato.

"Schreckliche Erfahrung – Unhöflich und schmutzig"

Die Lage ist perfekt und die Aussicht aus dem Apartment ist wirklich schön.

Das Personal war absolut unhöflich. Der Check-in war eine Katastrophe: Er fand in einer Garage statt und fühlte sich wie ein Polizeiverhör durch einen sehr groben Pförtner an. Das Apartment selbst war schmutzig, insbesondere das Schlafsofa. Es gab keine Bettwäsche, und obwohl wir danach gefragt haben, erhielten wir keine Antwort. Der Empfang im Hotel gibt einem deutlich das Gefühl, ein Gast zweiter Klasse zu sein. Wir mussten uns letztendlich ein zusätzliches Hotelzimmer nehmen und das Apartment verlassen.
