Overall this is luxury Apartment has a lot of advantages excelent views and has jacuzzi, two balconies and inside everything is pretty much new

The only bad side they don't leave any extra Toilet paper or paper towels in the kitchen area at least for one Day till you go buy some but other wise no complaints

This property needs some TLC. Size of the apt was nice. Looks like they have been trying to get some remodeling done. Wall paper peeling off throughout the apt. Towels smelled like mold and were hard. Washer/dryer did not work. We called in and they send someone that same night to take a look but there was no solution to the problem. It didn't seem like a big deal to them. The day we arrived, a lizard welcomed us which made it impossible for my friends and i to get a good night sleep after a long day of travel. Sliding door in main room, didn't close completely. BIG con, hot water takes forever and in the middle of the shower, it shuts down and you get freezing cold water... not nice! My friends and I would not stay here next time.

Location was great, secure parking, self check-in.

My bedroom had mold on the ceiling and one of the bathrooms would flood with water when showering, which seems to be an on going problem because the floor had water damage. Didn’t get one hot shower.

Good location

Very poor service arranged by a third party. In total honesty, the help provided was close to zero. At the moment of the check in, we had to wait for 30 minutes in the garage waiting for a document that we already provided. We also received the instructions for the check in hours after agreed.

They try to lose problem.

When we came the person in charged did not was informed about our arrival and he needed to call the administrator. It took about 30 minuter before we could come in the flat. We were travelling the hole day and we were tired and the only thing we wanted to do was to come in and rest.

Apartment is nicely located in a safe neighbourhood. Spacious apartment with a balcony. Large fridge and washing machine.

The photos of the flat on the booking.com site are a composite of several flats. That gives a distorted picture, we were in any case not in the luxury flat. The communication is very poor. Messages are not quickly responded to. Except when we had to pay. We would not be allowed into the flat if we had not paid first, and had to pay via a separate payment link. The payment was not as we are used to through booking.com Many lamps are broken, so we could not sit on the terrace in the evening. We reported this, but got no reaction. At arrival there were not enough towels, but this was arranged one day later. A taxi would be arranged to take us from the airport to the flat, but it wasn't there. Also when we reported this no reaction.
