Hôtel propre et fonctionnel avec vue direct sur la cathédrale de Rouen. L'hôtel est très propre. Cependant l Accueil laisse franchement à désirer. UnePersonne seule pour tout gérer ; Ce qui implique que vous pouvez attendre une demi-heure devant la porte lors votre arrivée si Elle n’est pas là! vraiment dommage. Le numéro de téléphone est une ligne fixe qui sonne dans le vide la plupart du temps. Le petit déjeuner est également au revoir : très peu de choix salés : pas d œufs ni bacon , incohérent au regard de la clientèle anglo-saxonne.

Arrived at the hotel around 8pm to find no one on reception, although booking says open until 9pm. Wasn’t able to advise arrival after 6pm as we were delayed by traffic on the way. No one answered the telephone number stuck to the entrance but someone from the bar next door let us in! As there was no one on reception we could enquire about breakfast the following morning. Disappointed with our room - seems a lot smaller than any on the photos (no 9). Also has peeling paintwork and mould in the shower. Not what I expected to pay over £90 for 1 night. There are certainly better and cleaner hotels in Rouen for the price.
ホテルの入口は施錠され、ドアにフランス語の手書きメモが貼ってありました。手書きのため写真翻訳できず、通りがかりの人に読んでもらうと、電話番号が書いてあり電話しろとのこと。電話したらフランス語で捲し立てられ、訳がわからず立ち尽くしていたら、しばらくして中から人が出てきてドアを開けてくれました。入り口ドアの暗証番号だけを教えられた後は、フロントは無人で一切のサービスや案内はしてくれません。 部屋は綺麗でしたが、大きな鳥や鳩が窓の横で鳴いていました。着いた時はうるさい程度でしたが、翌朝早くからけたたましい鳴き声がして、予定よりも1時間前に起こされてしまいました。 最悪なのは設備。シャワーのお湯がぬるめなのと、フェイスタオルがないこと、寒いのに暖房が切られているのは我慢できましたが、たくさんあるコンセントに電気が通っておらず、充電できなかったのには困り果て、フロントに電話してもフランス語のテープが流れているだけ。コールバックのメッセージを残しましたが、チェックアウトのときにさえ、素知らぬフリでした。
Hôtel situé en hyper centre au pied de la cathédrale. Personnel hyper agréable. Ascenseur disponible. Pour se garer, cibler sur le parking Cathédrale qui bénéficie d'un rapport qualité prix intéressant, car pour se garer à Rouen, c'est une vraie galère !!!
Frukosten var minimal och i dåligt skick. Gammal ofräsch duschkabin och lite slitet överlag. Behöver renoveras.
