The Grand Resort and Spa & Worthington All Male

The location is great, some parts of the hotel are nice including the pools, hot tubs and gardens.

The breakfast could be improved, no consistent 'fresh breakfast' apart from fruit (except one morning out of 7 which had eggs and sausages). Our room was one of the older buildings that has not been upgraded yet, so felt over priced compared to the quality.

I wish they had a bar yo buy drinks

There was only one hot tub working ! There was not much of a crowd

Staff was not helpful at first in finding my room. Elevator not working, No phone service, streaming TV not working.

Booked a room with pool view and microwave. First room had no microwave. Asked for one ? Not possible to bring one. Then we asked for change the room in one with microwave. That room have no poolview. Staff said it’s a mistake from booking.com. And we should contact them.

Well, they were doing a lot of renovation there so the breakfast area had been temporarily moved. But breakfast was still fine. They had just renovated my room and it was the nicest room I'd ever seen in that hotel. Everything was clean and comfortable. Love the happy hour. The new gym is great.

There wasn't as large a crowd as I would've liked. The consensus of opinion is that the rooms are just too expensive lately and not as many people could afford to go. The hotel would do well to lower prices, offer discounts, etc.
