Check in person was above in Beyond amazing!

Our room was dated and the room directly next to ours was brand new saw when blinds were open. For $600 the room could be a little nicer felt unfair.

Breakfast was extensive with lots of choices.

Late check out and honesty with desk staff regarding occupancy of room after we left. Resort was virtually empty the day we left yet were told the room wasn't available for late checkout. We left 5 hours after checkout time and room was still unoccupied. Lack of pool towel availability. Workout area locked from 9p to 9a.

It's clean, served breakfast.

I paid with cashapp on booking.com. I paid 169 dollars and had to put more cash on my card so the next debit was 444.21 so at end of my stay I should have gotten 100 back from incidentals deposit. It's now 12/9 and I still don't have that 100 back. Resort says it's cashapp and cashapp says it's resort. I'm currently disputing it with cashapp. Very annoyed.
