Location and a friendly gay men’s environment. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Property needs updating and maintenance. My ceiling fan made a loud clicking sound when on. Had a loud older ac unit in the closet. There appeared to be black mold on the ceiling in the closet. The water had a terrible odor. Pool areas were older and not enough umbrellas for shade from the sun.
