Personal nit picky things with me that would go the extra effort to truly making this a top rated resort! Nothing I would hold against facility, grounds or owners!

Way too Gay

Location and atmosphere. Great staff and friendly people. But as time goes by fewer tend to return. It was once a gem but now with these rates I’m doubting to go back. Pity I love this place. But for that money I can get something luxurious in the neighborhood. Better to drop prices in low season to enable people to get together. This time it felt empty. Other than that, I love this place. Shoutout to the man who handles the breakfast. He cares and that really shows. Hope you treat him good.

Price. Loud ac. And pools that could be warmer.

For the increase in pricing, the food should be better.

Hottubs were sometimes not hot. They were closed down the last day. Every few months the price increases. The service does not. Losing things like happy hour and substituting with an overly expensive bar.

The location is perfect if you're looking to spend time at the beach—just a short and easy walk to the sand, and about 10–15 minutes to Sebastian Street Beach. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and other amenities nearby, so you can easily enjoy your stay without needing to leave the area. The atmosphere at the hotel is very relaxed, and everyone—from the staff to the other guests—was friendly and helpful. We had a small issue with our credit card on arrival, but the reception team was very understanding and let us check into our room while they resolved it. We also requested that our room floor be cleaned, and it was taken care of the next day. The room itself was spacious, quiet, and very comfortable.

There were a few aspects of our stay that didn’t quite meet expectations. We had booked a studio with a pool view, but our room—located on the second storey—didn’t actually overlook the pool. In fact, we couldn’t see the pool at all from our room, which felt a bit misleading. The hotel is also advertised as clothing-optional, but that’s not entirely accurate. Large parts of the property are in public view and are not clothing-optional. It seems that returning guests are aware of this and book specific areas accordingly, but we would have appreciated more clarity about this at the time of booking. The included breakfast is just okay, and housekeeping is inconsistent. Some days we received two fresh pool towels, other days only one or none. Occasionally, furniture would be moved for cleaning but not returned to its place, and empty bottles or trash weren’t cleared daily. We also ran into some confusion around the advertised happy hours—on at least one occasion, the bartender wasn’t aware of it, and everyone ended up paying full price for drinks.
