Läget. Inte ett fyrstjärniga hotel Vi bodde i junior rum.balkongen ostädat. Helheten var lite shabbig.

A pretty good Hotel for a short business trip Clean, descent breakfast, right at the port close by a number of restaurant and managed by very friendly staff that all appear to be members of the same family.

Booked superior room was dismayed when we saw it double checked with reception that we had the right category which she said we had. Very small room with no window narrow shower room small terrace with 2 worn looking chairs kettle didn't work and no coffee!!very poor breakfast fresh fruit salad bowl was empty when requested some told none available same with fruit juice jug empty no more available this was at 9.45am!! Guest toilet on ground floor was through what looked like someone's personal living space a man was lying flat on the sofa asleep with tv on. Far from 4 star more like 1star in short don't go there

We travel frequently between Milazzo and the Aeolian Islands and this hotel is without a doubt the best option in Milazzo. The staff are friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble for these girls whom all speak excellent English. On a recent visit we needed to print some documents for our appointment with local immigration authorities and they very kindly offered to do this for us. The breakfast choice is varied, generous and fresh. We always seem to be fortunate enough to get the same room which has become so familiar to us - it is big, spotlessly clean and has lots of special touches making it feel that management really care about their guests comfort. Recently we needed to stay elsewhere as the Cassisi was full and I was reminded that the warmth, kindness, comfort and location of the Cassisi is a truly unique experience in the heart of Milazzo.
