"Top Lage & sauber, aber Service nicht erreichbar"

Lage ist top und Sauberkeit

Ich bekomme keine Rechnung. Nicht mal nach viermaligen Erinnern. Da die Rezeption nicht besetzt ist, und meist alles telefonisch oder schriftlich abläuft, ist es sehr schwer jemanden zu erreichen. Echt schade.

Großräumiges und sauberes Zimmer Bad mit zwei Waschbecken Trotz fehlender Klimaanlage war es nicht unangenehm warm im Zimmer (im Sommer)

Zentrale Lage, direkt neben dem Münster - hier Leuten die Glocken ab 6:00 Uhr im 15 min Takt (dient nur als Hinweis und ist nicht gegen das Zimmer zu werten) Vorhänge leider sehr lichtdurchlässig
