GBGBThe hotel telephoned me five hours before I was due to check in to tell me I had to pay again, I had no booking. I chose to go somewhere else. I am now also going through the pain of asking Booking.com for a refund though I already see another reviewer a month ago had the same issue and yet Booking.com is still advertising this hotel.
Being told at the last minute that my booking wasn't real.
GBMy original booking was cancelled due to the fact they do not take bookings via Booking.com I had to pay another £50.00 for room for the night. I am awaiting refund for my original booking which was cancelled.
