GBGBGBThe room was clean, but the common areas were not. There was also a bad odour in the corridor, receiption area. The general condition of the hotel is poor. Staff not friendly or presentable at all. There is so much room for improvement. Positives are that the hotel is conveniently located, easily accessible with great transport links.
GBWhilst the manager was helpful and pleasant, and the bedding clean, that is pretty much where positivity ends. This hotel desperately needs care and attention - flooring coming up in bathroom and a window which didn't shut properly, letting in street noise throughout the night. Heating left full on with no control to switch off. Walls were paper thin so could hear every word of adjoining room's conversation.
