GBThis was 1/4 of the price than any other hotel in Manchester. I had low expectations but the check in was easy, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and I slept very well. The decor needs updating but it didn't put me off.
For the price , as expected. The bathroom needs updating as the sealant was badly done, the bath had lost its surface and the sink was blue from the 1970s.
Like: Location was suitable for me as I was staying near to my sons hostel and that is the reason I booked the property. Dislike: During my 3 days stay there was no House keeping. They barely have any staff doing such service. Bedsheets never changed, Coffee etc never replenished, Toiletries including towels never changed. All in all there was no service in the hotel other than handing over room keys.

I was shocked by the quality of the property and its cleanliness.
GBThere was nothing at all that I liked. I didn’t even stay here as when I pulled up in my car for the night, the police were there. There had been an incident whereby a man was arrested. The manager was also asking inappropriate questions. As a female, I did not feel at all safe or comfortable to stay here for the night. I would never have booked such a place, it was only due to my initial booking elsewhere (which I had booked months in advance) being cancelled last minute and I needed accommodation for the night as I had a family wedding to attend early next morning.

IEI was meeting by a gentleman,I asked was I in a room with a lot of stairs to it he said yes ,was there a problem ,I told him I have a problem getting up stairs .He very kindly moved my room to a downstairs room that was very comfortable. The next morning another very nice gentleman called a taxi to take me to the Airport . Thank you both very much for been so helpful Ann Smith Ireland.

On arrival was a cold an unwelcome feeling very abrupt and the way the hotel was ran made it seem as though we were being locked away giving us a curfew at 11 an if we left we couldn't get back in an was not allowed out after that till morning then bed frame is steel an sticking out so many sore toes an legs from catching it milk in room was sour the stairs stank we were fed up and decided to leave but no staff overnight then main doors were shut then room door had no latch for us to secure it we felt very uneasy electric socket was loose we paid 25 extra cash to get in early so 1 night cost £71
