"Friendly staff, but not worth for the money."

Nice bed. Great location with the view. Very helpful staff.

Cleanliness was bad. Toilets are smelly. There is NO HOT WATER there, so it was very difficult to shower with the weather in Nuwara Eliya. Cannot recommend for travelling with children.
