Die Lage direkt am Strand ist wirklich traumhaft. Das Wasser im Meer war sauber, der Strand wird jeden Tag gereinigt.. Haben nur im Meer gebadet.Das Hotel ist super. Die Zimmer sind gross und sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Die Wasserqualität der Pools lässt zu wünschen übrig. Wir hatten eine Juniorsuite gebucht mit Blick auf den Garten. Als wir um 16.00 Uhr einchecken wollten war das Zimmer nicht bereit. Es hieß das Zimmer sei um 15.00 bezugsbereit Wir warteten dann noch eine Stunde bis wir schließlich ein " Upgrade" bekamen. Zimmer mit Poolblick. Riesenlärm von 15.00 bis 19.00 .

Clean, location

Air conditioners doesn’t work, food is not good. Drinking water isn’t cold. Dinner reservations doesn’t appear when you go to the restaurants. Check-in time consuming.

En nuestra estadio fuimos atendidos por nuestro mayordomo santo una excelente atención que nos facilito mucho las cosas si atención un 10

En algunos momentos en los bares faltaba personal para atender a la gran cantidad de personas y los tragos no todo el personal los preparaban como corresponde
