Personal amable y habitaciones limpias.

La cerveza se acababa en las noches decir (10 pm - 11 pm) me e quedado en muchos hoteles en punta cana y es la primera vez que sucede algo así 🫠 También la comida del bufet es pésima

La experiencia pudo haber sido mejor. Había poca variedad en la comida, el aire acondicionado no enfriaba adecuadamente y la cerveza Presidente se agotaba temprano en la noche y no había disponibilidad en el resto del hotel.

La chambre, la plage, le service, les activités organisées par l'hôte vraiment tout était parfait en premium. La différence avec le non premium est claire. Je ne regrette pas d'avoir pris le service premium notre séjour était exceptionnel.

Les buffets qui ne sont pas très variés, surtout pour le petit-déjeuner. Pour le diner ou le midi, il y a le choix des différents restaurants qui sont exceptionnel sauf le japonais.

"it was ok, it could have been better"

the staff was excellent, the facility as well as the room were very clean, courtesy as well as attention to guests needs and problems was excellent

the food did not have either the quality or variety as in other resorts, guest should get information about the daily activities when they arrive, as well as the food to be cooked everyday in the open sea buffet. To enjoy of hot or warm water in the room was a great problem
