Tudo muito limpo, uma equipe ampla de colaboradores para auxiliar, tudo bem organizado. Chegamos antes do checkin e nos deram a possibilidade de um banho para já aproveitar o resort!

A comida não é boa em sua maioria. Não há oferta livre de, por exemplo água com gás e refrigerante. Tudo servido em copos e tem que sempre solicitar. Mas o que mais pegou foi a comida mesmo, poucas coisas que conseguimos aproveitar.

excellent hotel, location, rooms, restaurants, beautiful beach but the staff is the best. Especially my butler Santo, the lady in the premium lounge Mary Cruz and the beach premium bar staff. I think the international buffet restaurant is better than the others restaurant by reservations.

Limpeza do quarto, comida deliciosa, atendimento fantástico, atrações noturnas, os bares.

O cheiro do sargaço. Nas laterais do resort tem muito acúmulo de sargaço, com isso fica um cheiro muito forte de podre. Acredito que o resort poderia fazer a limpeza mesmo não sendo de sua responsabilidade, pois deixaria a estadia muito mais agradável. Voltaria com certeza, porém fora da temporada de sargaço. Após a estadia no Impressive vim para o complexo Melia e a limpeza da praia é excelente. Seria ideal a iniciativa semelhante.

The entertainment every night was great! Always gave us something to do after dinner. Hibachi was my favorite restaurant.

I enjoyed everything about the stay. The only thing I would suggest is more face clothes. They were hard to come by.
