Hotel Agora Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western

The property is in a remote location, not near to any shops or restaurants. The hotel itself doesn't serve food but will order in for evening meal. We arrived at lunch time and we were all hungry. They don't usually order in lunch but made some calls and arranged for pizzas to be delivered to us which we ate beside the pool. The staff were friendly, helpful and keen to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The pool is wonderful and the rooms were well appointed and comfortable. Most of the staff speak good English. The breakfast buffet was delicious too.

The remote location is a bit of a pain when you don't have transport. There is nothing within safe walking distance. There were some shops next door but all boarded up and abandoned. It is very remote but ideal if you need to be near the NATO base and around 40 minutes drive from the airport. The lack of lunch options was frustrating and initially they were slightly reluctant to accommodate our request for food. Some careful and determined negotiation got us what we needed in the end and they served us with pride and good humour.

nothing significant. lack of sidewalks district is not up to the hotel. any movement out of hotel must be done by car for our safety.

The pool and tarrace are fantastic.... The staff are very polite and at your disposal. Parking at site and beaches not so far....perfect
