Friendly Staff, beautifull, comfortable hotel.

I was a late checkin but the staff were so helpful and friendly when I arrived, even offered to help carry my bags up! The next day, I had to wait several hours before my taxi arrived to take me to the airport. The staff allowed me to hang out on their patio, had drinks and snacks and they made sure I was looked after even though I had checked out earlier that morning. Fabulous service! Breakfast was great and included! Bed was comfortable.

If you are going there for a visit, and you don't have a car, the location is not ideal however I was there for work and it was close to the place where I needed to be.

An incredible family owned hotel that treats you with warmth and respect. We arrived late and there was still someone waiting for us on the steps outside. Our apartment was impeccable. Clean, spacious and comfortable, with a balcony and beautiful view. High wood ceilings with exposed beams make it feel twice as big. The towel warmer in the bathroom was a nice surprise! The staff is super friendly - they all speak English, but we learned some Italian from the wonderful woman who takes care of the restaurant. Her English is better than my Italian so I am happy to learn! We ate dinner pool side during happy hour. Incredibly reasonable prices and delicious food. There was a little cat wondering around and it added just the right amount of charm to the night. Amazing breakfast buffet! They even have a fresh organ he juice machine! Sausages, eggs, pancakes, pastries, and an espresso maker. Beautiful pool and hot tub. Well maintained and clean! It is more north of Naples and more south of Rome, but it’s the perfect place if you want to be IN the local area. Walkable to beach clubs, but the hotel offers taxi service with reservation and there are bus stops. They will try to help you no matter what your needs are. I have lived in 2 countries and travelled Europe, and it is fair to say that this is one of the best hotel experiences I have had. Customer service is top notch and the staff treat you like family. Highly recommended!

The team at the Agora are phenomenal and make you feel like family from the minute you walk in the door! We are always so grateful for the customer service and kindness we are shown each time we visit Naples! Beautiful pool, clean rooms and access to wonderful food and drinks- but the staff are the reason we return!

Very nice and quality hotel. No restaurant at the hotel, but the hotel had menus from several restaurants, with a quick delivery service that was then served. The breakfast was great. The staff was awesome and go out of their way to please. The 6-8 pm Happy Hour was a plus.

The property, grounds and staff were excellent! The surrounding properties seemed a little rough. The coffee and breakfast were very nice

I have had a wonderful experience at Hotel Agora. The staff is exceptional. They took care of every need that I mentioned. The hotel provides excellent amenities especially if you are on an extended stay for business. My room was spacious and comfortable. The kitchenette was a wonderful added convenance. It was nice to have several restaurants in the area that provide delivery service so when I did not want to go out to eat, I would tell the host who would take care of getting the food ordered and delivered. I have had only a positive experience here and everything has exceeded my expectations.

Excellent facilities, clean and well appointed complemented by well trained, helpful, customer focused staff.

A little isolated if you don't have a car. A shuttle service to main local ateas woul have been helpful
