Hotel WTI Airport

Close to the airport. The hotel is dirty. Room not clean and made up when checked in. The whole facility is dirty. Table cloth on dining tables not changed. Limited breakfast selections. Areas surrounding hotel is dirty. Very noisy. Cars constantly hoking.

Bed had no mattress cover. One wall had a big stain on it. Toilet water has to be turned on to fill tank so it can flush and then turn water off as tank leaks. Called 2x to find out shuttle but no answer. Sent two WhatsApp messages and two emails w/o being acknowledged. Finally did get a message about the shuttle, however the phone number was not valid on WhatsApp and the hotel didn’t answer their phone. Asked someone to make phone call for me. Young lady at front desk was very helpful. Not a very good area to walk around. Poor sidewalks and you end up walking in the street. Lots of car horns all the time.

The room was really dirty and was nowhere close the pictures that are shown online. The sheets and comforter had not been changed and the housekeeping was reluctant in giving out extra sheets.

The staff were pleasant and they tried their best. The rooms need an upgrade. The pictures on the website must be taken when the hotel was first opened. Actual rooms appear completely different.

The place was filthy and everything looked worn and unfit for business. The road outside very noisy. Breakfast room looked like post apocalyptic site. Towels and sheets were dirty. Bathroom mat had two insects splat on it. The worst hotel I've ever been (including youth hostels).

Cab from the hotel picked us up and drove us to the airport. The electric kattle, tea, coffee were in room. The hotel staff was very helpful. Convenient location, close to shops, restaurants, metro station

Service was good. Location was farther from the airport than advertised. Unsecured lock on door. Tv didn’t work. Many other options closer to airport if that is what you are looking for. Would not stay here again.

DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL! First off, the address is not correct. My taxi driver had to pull over several times to find someone who could help us. I had to pay an extra $20USD because the taxi driver demanded it. When I arrived, the hotel was an absolute disgusting place. The chairs in the room were stained, the towels were gross, and the bed was so old I put towels down so that my skin would not touch any part of it. I repeat - DO NOT BOOK HERE!

Staff is always very pleasant and extremely helpful. The property is a bit run down and dirty and not what it appears in the photos.

The driver was on time to pick up and drop off to the airport. But the hotel was extremely loud all night, an employee was shouting in the hallway just outside my room and slamming doors until late late into the night. They also tried to charge me for "parking" even though I got dropped off and picked up, they were literally trying to shake me down for cash only. It was pretty sketchy but the room itself was nice enough.
