Hotel WTI Airport

I am asking for a refund, AC not working, bathroom leaking

Room condition was not good. The floor was cracked at many places. There were cockroaches roaming around in the room. Also, there was some confusion about the name of the hotel. Apparently, the hotel has two names and it was difficult to find the hotel with the current name on google or other search engines.

We weren't very impressed. It was very difficult to find the hotel (WTI is apparently also hotel kian, very confusing so we drove by twice). Staff was very friendly, but the room was a little disappointing: floors not very clean, phone didn't work, no wifi in our room.

Simple hotel entirely adequate for a nights rest before flying out. Only minutes to the International Airport. Very convenient!

Main is the staff: from the front desk staff, Mr Goswami of the night shift to the lady who is in the day shift, to the staff like Mr MIshra and Vrushabh. Then the manager MIshra is available on the call. They want to help and serve. Issue is that property is old and neads improvement.

Required to pay inr 200 for pickup. Water leaking from above over the toilet and other places in bathroom

It was a terrible experience. Rooms were not clean. They changed rooms mid way. There was no water in the wash room, Linen were not clean, Tv was not working, and rooms were totally different against what was shown in the photo in the website.

Only used for one night on the way to the airport. Hotel was clean and had working WiFi. Airport drop off was good and a nice touch being free. Not many facilities in the hotel, room a bit worn and fairly noisy area but good value for money

Staff are so nice and this times I booked two rooms and all are.neat and tidy.

If you like AC its fine. But no windows open, so without AC its stuffy.
