Lovely beach access via another hotel. Great views from roof top. Clean room and comfy bed. Cold water for free by staircase.

No hot water at all :( salty water to wash with. No coffee or tea making facility in the room.

Generally met expectations, cute place :)

This comment is more regarding the area: the zona hoteliera facing the beach has not much to offer, it’s only resorts and a few places to eat with crazy prices. Most things are in the center of Tulum

We love this place. It was a great choice! Just housekeeping should clean the rooms when requested. They only made the bed during our stay but didn’t clean the bathroom neither the room even when we hang out at the door the “Please clean our room sign” apart from that all great

Ivo enthusiastically greeted us and carried our baggage to our third floor room. He then gave us detailed instructions on the room and facilities. On the rooftop, there is a wonderful view of the surrounding area along with a small pool and a large table that can be used to eat.

We visited Tulum Beach 20 years earlier and were really disappointed by the over development of the area. Taxi prices were ridiculously high. The beach hotels blasted loud music with artificially deep bass. Most of the beach was restricted for only staying at each hotel.

Location was great, super close to the beach but not in the busiest area. The hosts were very helpful, bed super comfortable and cool rooftop with pool.

We got the ground level room and had to keep the black out curtains close for privacy all the time. It would be great if there were other curtains that let light pass thru and provide privacy. The mirror situation for the bathroom and room could be a little better

Rustic construction, simple furnishings, very comfortable bed, excellent linens, every room has a terrace with chairs either private or shared, kettle and fridge in room, every floor has a water cooler with hot water option. Convenient restaurant downstairs. The top level is all open, has a bar and large dining table, and a 360 degree view over the whole area. Wifi was great. Staff friendly and helpful. Way better than some other hotels nearby that charge 3 x as much!

Shower didn't really ever get hot. Walls very thin, could hear the next room's people talking. There wasn't much to dislike at this hotel.

They had a lot about out doors space you could use fourth floor and several common share tables around the grounds.

The restaurant I felt was a little expensive
