Suites Tulum

Very cute property tucked away from the main street. Only a few rooms, some with no TV which made the hotel cozy. The common cooking area was a nice touch and gave people an area to gather. The water fountains were great to refill bottles.

The beds were hard as rocks and very uncomfortable to sleep. The water pressure and temperature were unpredictable. It would be nice to have scents burning to help with the mosquitoes.

I like that it was in the jungle with cool view from the roof top! Pretty cool design. Amazing staff! Nico was super nice and friendly and helpful and security guard was very nice, employees were amazing!

The bed was very hard, very stiff, pretty old looking towels and bed sheets, salty water in the shower that leaves your hair crispy. And the pictures look better than reality :)

The whole stay was incredible,lodging, staff and the location was great.

The host, Nick, was phenomenal. Very friendly and made sure his staff helped us when we needed help. The security guys were very cool. The space was nice and comfortable with the beach only across the narrow street and maybe 30-40 yards thereafter. Loved the beach. The view from the top of the building was fantastic. I would definitely stay at Suites Tulum again.

Wish we'd gotten a double room if they have them there. That's on us though.

We spent our last two nights here before heading into the city of Tulum and it was the perfect quiet and calm environment we needed before the hustle and bustle of the city. We stayed in the room with the kitchenette, although some amenities weren’t working such as the kettle, we weren’t bothered by it since we mostly needed the stove top to boil water anyways. This room is romantic and has a lovely balcony with lots of privacy. The rooftop was INCREDIBLE. Perfect place to relax and watch the sunset. Highly recommend for couples!

The location wasn’t good and the view wasn’t as I expected it to be on top or in the room. The room said that I would have a jungle view and it was only bushes. The water pressure wasn’t good either. The upkeep of the hotel wasn’t great. You also have to walk under a big, very low hanging branch just to get to your room. It smelled like a porta potty walking to the room and going up the steps. My night lamp was hanging on by a thread and view from the roof top was anticlimactic. The pictures definitely tell a different story on the booking site. The WiFi was horrible as well. The hotel isn’t worth the money at all..

Creo el mejor lugar que he visitado en Tulum para algo tranquilo y relajado, las habitaciones muy limpias y ordenadas, la atención que dio Nico fue genial por cierto gracias, y sin duda alguna la mejor experiencia es el roof para ver el atardecer fue magia

Suites tulum is a little gem of a hotel, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. You can’t get a better price than this and the location is fabulous ! Right next to Be tulum and Nomade ! Nicolas our host was so kind professional and helpful;) definitely recommend staying there !
