This property is clean and the enviroment is healthy. I like it and enjoy the time there. Thank You. Good day for everyone!!!

Clean but not enough towels just two in a room of four Try two times to contact the front desk with not answer. And the bed is not comfortable at all. Besides that was ok.

Was great. The location was outstanding for our golf tournament at El Deportivo. It was close to many good restaurants for local food, awesome time.

Staff was nice and rooms were clean. Too small to fit a family of 4 with 2 small children. No windows at all un the room.

Did not like the self check in no one to ask how to check in and did not receive email or text instructions

No front desk service at checking. Room with no phone service, shower dirty. Pool is next to a lagoon that smells horrible. Not recommended for family.

It was ok. But too expensive for what it offered.

Too expensive for what got to offer, problem with the booking that was already payed, more training requirements for the personnel at the reception. The rooms were clean, but no windows to look out, feel like a jail. Need to upgrade that.
