We really enjoyed our stay. The welcome was warm and friendly, the location was wonderful, and the breakfast was delicious. Everything made for a very pleasant experience, and we would gladly stay here again.

Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje bardzo dobre śniadanie, które było smaczne i starannie przygotowane. Dodatkowo Pan odpowiedzialny za jego przygotowanie był wyjątkowo uprzejmy i pomocny, co pozytywnie wpłynęło na ogólne wrażenia z pobytu. Lokalizacja obiektu jest bardzo korzystna – hotel znajduje się w bezpośrednim centrum miasta Melk, w pobliżu licznych restauracji oraz atrakcji turystycznych. Dużym atutem jest również dostępność bezpłatnego parkingu hotelowego. Warto wspomnieć, że późny check-in był możliwy, co okazało się bardzo wygodne. Ponadto internet działał bez zarzutu.

Podczas mojego pobytu napotkałem kilka istotnych niedogodności. Przede wszystkim obsługa w recepcji pozostawiała wiele do życzenia – pracownik był nieuprzejmy i sprawiał wrażenie aroganckiego. Z uwagi na dobrą znajomość języka niemieckiego mogę stwierdzić, że sposób komunikacji był zdecydowanie nieodpowiedni i nie spełniał standardów obsługi klienta. Pokój, podobnie jak łazienka, był stosunkowo niewielki, co wpływało negatywnie na komfort pobytu. Dodatkowo brak czajnika w hotelu o standardzie trzech gwiazdek jest zaskakujący i odbiega od powszechnie przyjętych oczekiwań. Na koniec warto wspomnieć o hałasie w okolicy – po godzinie 22:00 było dość głośno, co utrudniało odpoczynek.

"A small, very friendly, clean hotel in an excellent location"

Very clean, friendly staff & great location. We had a gorgeous balcony and the room was lovely. The staff even went to the effort of making a vegan breakfast plate for me ☺️
