Excellent stay here while visiting Quito. The hotel is gorgeous and the owner, Diego, and his family went out of their way to take care of us. We will always stay here when in Quito.
I had an amazing time staying at Casona D'alameda. The hotel is beautiful, the room is clean and comfortable, customer service is topnotch, location is very close to the historic center. Diego went above and beyond to make me comfortable and make my trip unforgettable. He helped me book a driver/ day tour to Cotopaxi last minute. And when I realized I didn't bring my winter jacket to hike the volcano, he lend me his jacket. Without it, I would have been a popsicle. His wonderful dog Otto also made my stay more colorful. I would definitely stay there again.
This is a fantastic place to stay in Quito if you want to be near Old Town and like historic hotels. The facilities were absolutely gorgeous and the hosts were the best you could ask for!
Diego was amazing! Food was outstanding, room was very clean and very hot water for showers.
We have to thank Diego and his family for the best hotel stay. Hotel doesn't even seem like the right word to use because Diego made us feel like part of the family. The building itself is stunning and a unique experience. Right outside is pretty busy and loud but as soon as you walk in here, it is calm and serene. Otto the German Shepherd typically was lounging in the back ready to greet any new friends that went in the courtyard. Diego and his family had breakfast ready for us each morning we were able to join. He also would wait for us at night when we were walking back to make sure we got in safely. We also needed COVID testing to get back on our return flight and Diego walked us and our friends over to the lab and walked us through the forms. It was such an amazing experience to stay here. If you are even considering Hotel Boutique Casona D'alameda, go book now and you won't regret it!

I cannot day enough good things about my stay here. The service was like none I have ever experienced. Diego was EXCEPTIONALLY hospitable and helpful in every single way possible. We arrived late at night and he brought us tea to settle in. I. The morning we had an amazing breakfast and was able to enjoy the sunshine outside in the beautiful little courtyard. He was so helpful with recommendations of things to do and places to eat. He also walked us to our next hotel for the evening because didn’t want my daughter and I to walk alone. I cannot say enough great things about my entire experience here. HIGHLY recommend staying here!
This hotel provided excellent customer service, the rooms were exceptionally clean, and breakfast was delicious. This was the first time for me and family at this hotel and we can say without a doubt that we would 100% stay here again. I have never received such great customer service like I did here.
